1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or participating in any of our planned operations, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
1.2 Booking Conditions and Registration
Expedition places are strictly limited and require a formal application. All participants must provide valid identification, emergency contact details, and proof of comprehensive medical and extraction insurance that covers off-road travel in North Africa.
1.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the complex logistical planning, permit acquisitions, and hotel buyouts required for remote operations, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We highly recommend specialized trip cancellation insurance.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect personal details necessary to ensure safety and secure governmental permits. This includes full names, passport copies, visa information, dietary requirements, emergency medical profiles, and satellite tracking coordinates during active field expeditions.
2.2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is exclusively used to coordinate logistics, book accommodations, obtain regional active travel permits from local authorities, and provide active route monitoring. We strictly protect your information under European GDPR regulations.
2.3 Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your data with essential third parties: medical extraction providers, destination national park authorities, chartered flight operators, and hotel partners. We never sell or license your personal information to marketing firms.

Participating in adventure travel, desert rallies, and off-road expeditions involves inherent physical risks. Grand Tour Adventure S.L. acts as an organizer and works with independent local partners. We are not liable for delayed flights, mechanical vehicle failures, unexpected regional border closures, or acts of God that require route alterations.
